TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following information, terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Krigsklodser.dk.
Conditions apply in cases where no other agreements between you as buyer and Krigsklodser.dk are present.
Delivery of goods from Krigsklodser.dk are considered done when the customer received the goods.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days and are usually sent with Post Denmark.
Price and payment:
All prices shown on www.krigsklodser.dk incl. VAT (25%). Customers outside EU (i.e. Norway) have to be Award, that customs and taxes May be Apple-id by your countryfestival in addition to the prices payed. There may pt. only be paid by bank transfer, PayPal and Swipp.
We grant 14 days return with full refund, from the day you receive the goods. Goods that are exchanged/returned may not be damaged and must be returned in original packaging.
Christmas gifts can be exchanged / returned until January 7th the following year. In the case of gifts, this deadline extends until the recipient has received his or her gift - ie that you can safely buy your gifts in time, since the receiver can always return the item up to 14 days after he/she has received it. When returning, please state name, address and order number/order reference.
The money at a refund are deposited in your bank account. It is therefore important that you inform us your bank branch- and account number.
By law, a warranty for 24 months on all products are given. The warranty means that you, the customer can complain about the deficiencies of the goods which have occurred 24 months after purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects are not caused by misuse of the goods or other injurious behavior. If the item is defective, you, the customer is entitled to demand replacement. This means that you may require a new item sent to replace the one advertised above. This assumes that the complaint is justified and that the replacement does not entail excessive costs for Krigsklodser.dk. If you claim within 2 months are always considered as being timely. Case of justified complaints we will refund reasonable freight costs, which you may have in connection with returning the item. In any warranty claim, please urgently contact Krigsklodser.dk, so that the error can be corrected.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us may be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints lodged here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. The filing of a complaint enter our e-mail address email@example.com.
As many of our products are very small, they are NOT intended for kids under the age of 3.
